Tile Trip Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is processed when you use Tile Trip (package name: com.tiletrip.app, the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App can be used without creating an account, and the developer does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. However, the following information may be collected automatically by our advertising service provider to serve ads:

Advertising ID
Device information (model, OS version, screen size, etc.)
Approximate location (based on IP address)
App usage and ad interaction data

2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) are shown a consent screen (Google UMP) before ads are displayed.

3. Time Attack Global Rankings

To participate in the Time Attack global leaderboard, the following information is sent to the developer's server only when you set a new weekly best score. If you do not play Time Attack, nothing is transmitted.

A random identifier generated by the App at install time (not a device ID or account information; it is discarded when the App is uninstalled)
An auto-generated nickname (e.g. "Traveler1234"), your score, and the week key

This information is used solely to display rankings and is not combined with any other data.

4. Feedback and Bug Reports

Only when you submit the "Contact us" form in Settings, the following information is sent to the developer's server. Nothing is transmitted unless you submit it.

The inquiry category and the content you wrote
App version and a per-device identifier (used to deduplicate inquiries)

Submitted content is used only to respond to inquiries and fix errors. It is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when the App is uninstalled. Ranking and feedback data sent to the server is kept only for its stated purpose and deleted upon request.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
